A/C Pros of Florida is a competent, customer focused, small family business who, in our experience, has earned our repeat business. About three years back we had issues with a previous A/C contractor and, as such, sought out another company. Enter A/C Pros. As owners of a high-end HVAC system we wanted a company that offered a six month rotational maintenance program to be sure we took care of a valuable investment. A/C Pros has met that need. A/C Pros was responsive in a Friday evening emergency we experienced, even when it was my own lack of knowledge that likely caused the emergency. Regular maintenance calls are always timely and not to long. Let me say again that this is a small family operation, and as such, I'm not supporting a conglomerate where customers have no face and are just a number. I've dealt with the owner directly as well as his family and I've got to say they are all fair, friendly, caring and seem genuinely ready to help this customer stay cool in the summer, warm in the winter and protective of our system. Further, and just as importantly, I feel it's crucial to support true American entrepreneurial spirit and I'm proud to know A/C Pros is in our corner!

I had Billy come out to quote me a price for a new A/C system since mine was 29 years old and wasn't cooling. It was time.Billy was great at explaining what I was going to get and what it would cost. He has a great personalty and sense of humor.Billy told me that they would come out that Saturday and install my new system. Then on Friday he brought me a portable unit to keep us cool in the mean time.By Saturday afternoon they were all done and my house was cool once again!I absolutely recommend this company for many reasons.They are family owned and operated. They were very experienced and professional. The team from A/C Pros came on time, did the semiannual service we do on our A/C system and identified a problem related to a freon leak. Our system is one of those "contractor specials" meaning it was cheap when installed. 'The team explained what was likely the issue but recharged the system and sent over several different options we could consider. No pressure, just information, and friendly service. Highly recommend this team. Also great to see that it is a family business. The tech was the son of the owner. Really wonderful to see the ethic that is embedded in the company,

I have yet to call and not get quality service in a timely manner. Every employee that I have had any interaction with has been courteous and genuinely a great person with professionalism oozing from their attention to my concerns. They may be a little higher priced than others, but the "you get what you pay for" adage definitely applies. I will not call anyone else if I'm in an area they provide service to. Definitely recommended in my personal opinion.

The crew have saved me on the emergency service with over 80 degrees inside .Quickly figure it out what caused a problem which tells me they are professional. The day my A/C went out I was able to schedule and get a technician on the same day. I met Billy, who was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He found the issue and resolved it quickly. Another issue arose the next day and he accommodated me and resolved that issue as well. He maintained communication and explained in detail what happened. Our dog chased something under our mobile home. He was under there for a while, we could hear him scratching and digging. Well he did damage, we could not repair. Called A/C PROS OF FLORIDA INC. Our AC was blowing warm air. We shut it down and called A/C PROS. They came and discovered the damage done. Made temporary repairs. We were able to turn back on the AC and get comfortable.
